Job Duties:

Support customer order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment activities. Assist in identifying potential obstacles within the order management process and support corrective actions as directed. Provide internal stakeholders with updates regarding order status and related issues. Generate and maintain order-related documents according to established procedures. Resolve routine administrative and clerical issues related to order confirmation, processing, and fulfillment. Support customer orders by confirming credit, contract, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability. Follow standard procedures regarding order status, invoices, and contract balances. Share necessary order information with customer-facing customer service representatives. Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision. Escalate more complex customer or order-related issues to the appropriate staff.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma Secondary education level, or GED Minimum 2 years of related work experience. Customer service, administrative, clerical, or order management experience. Ability to support order processing, confirmation, and fulfillment activities. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders. Must have 2 years of Experience with customer order management or order fulfillment processes. Experience working with invoices, pricing, contracts, stock allocation, or transportation-related information. Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills

4 days per week 10-hour shifts Friday

Sunday:

10:00 AM

•8:00

PM Monday:

7:00 AM

•5:00 PM HC01

Pay:

$19.00 per hour

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
