Join a Practice That Has Been Serving Our Community for Nearly 20 Years For nearly 20 years, Tri-State Counseling & Psychotherapy has been honored to serve individuals, couples, children, and families throughout our region with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. We're looking for an organized, compassionate, and dependable Administrative Assistant / Client Care Coordinator to become an important part of our team. This is much more than answering phones. You'll be one of the first people our clients interact with, helping create a welcoming, professional environment while supporting our therapists and keeping the office running smoothly.

  • Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and compassion
  • Welcome and check in clients
  • Schedule appointments and manage therapists' schedules
  • Collect copays and process payments
  • Assist with billing and insurance verification (training provided)
  • Maintain confidential client records
  • Order office supplies and assist with daily office operations Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
  • Experience in a medical/behavioral health office is a plus, but not required.

While she doesn't officially participate in the hiring process...we're pretty sure she'd prefer you to be a cat person. Liking cats isn't technically required...but it certainly doesn't hurt.
