Wroblewski & Newsom CPAs is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Service Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our clients. We are a growing local CPA firm that values professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a professional office environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule appointments and manage calendars Assemble tax returns and client documents Scan, organize, and maintain electronic files Process incoming and outgoing mail Assist clients with electronic signatures and secure client portal access Prepare correspondence and other administrative documents Help maintain an organized and efficient office Provide general administrative support to the accounting staff Assist with additional office projects as needed Qualifications Friendly and professional personality Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new software Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn Experience in an accounting or professional office is a plus but is not required. We are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
