Maintain the integrity of the database by following precise standards of data entry. Print and process routine reports and may assist in the training of new team members in the department. Generate new business by signing up qualified guests for Source Rewards. Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission. Other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Must be able to acquire and maintain applicable Kentucky Horse Racing Commission licensing. Must know and comply with the requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act as pertains to Credit/Player Services transactions. Highlevel public relations and customer service skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills required. Must have professional experience and be a team player. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and be knowledgeable with casino computer systems. Highlevel public relations and customer service skills are required. Must have a working knowledge of slot machines. Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Working Environment Must be able to work independently. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time (minimum of four hours). Demonstrates a sense of urgency while performing tasks and meeting deadlines. Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino; from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator. Must be able to lift, carry and/or push a minimum of 30 lbs. Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, turn, push, pull, grasp objects and the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises, and bright lights. Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed. Physical/Mental Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, hear, and talk. Must be able to frequently lift and handle up to 30lbs without assistance. Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, reach and turn/twist for extended periods of time. Must be able to solve problems, organize and plan multiple projects, interpret data, and make decisions.
