Job Description
Summit RV is seeking a detail-oriented individual with a proven record of outstanding customer service to join our team as a Service Writer/Advisor. The Service Writer/Advisor will be responsible for accurately documenting the service needs of our customers, scheduling required work to a team of technicians and providing status updates to customers in a timely manner. The Service Writer/Advisor will also proactively seek service opportunities that will improve the customer's RV experience and help to maintain the value of their RV. The qualified applicant should be highly organized, possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Create work orders based on information gathered from customer.
- Ensure work orders are complete and contain all required information.
- Review and close works orders for completed jobs in a timely manner.
- Inform Service Manager of repair issues as they occur.
- Manage incoming service calls from customers.
- Ensure billings are collected at time of pick-up.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year Service Writing/Advising or related customer service experience preferred.
