Job Summary Our private‑pay Dual Diagnosis PHP/IOP program is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support a seamless, trauma‑informed client experience. This role manages scheduling, communication, onboarding, and care coordination while ensuring high‑touch, concierge‑level service. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary client liaison, providing warm, supportive communication. Coordinate intakes, onboarding, and daily schedules for PHP/IOP services. Track attendance, engagement, and client progress. Support referrals, aftercare planning, and interdisciplinary communication. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold
HIPAA/42 CFR
Part 2 compliance. Assist with census management, operational flow, and client satisfaction tracking. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (psychology, social work, human services). Experience in behavioral health or client services strongly preferred. Exceptional communication, organization, and customer‑service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity treatment environment. Familiarity with PHP/IOP workflows and EHR systems (Kipu a plus). What We Offer Supportive, trauma‑informed team culture.
