As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing product demonstrations, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping journey Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings to assist customers effectively Process transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store presentation standards Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Basic math skills for handling transactions and performing retail math calculations Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register or POS system is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team as a Sales Associate where you can develop your skills in a supportive environment while contributing to our commitment to outstanding customer service.
