Treatment Director

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to oversee our behavioral health programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program development, social work, and administrative leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of behavioral health programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement effective programs to support the needs of clients
• Supervise staff members and provide guidance on program management
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
• Oversee budgeting and financial operations to ensure program sustainability

Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Proven experience in managing behavioral health programs
• Strong background in program development and implementation
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Excellent administrative and supervisory skills
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management
