Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all callers. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage data entry tasks will be essential in maintaining our high standards of customer service. Duties Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times. Assist customers by providing accurate information regarding products and services. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and track interactions. Utilize medical terminology when necessary to assist customers in the healthcare sector. Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and multilingual customers to enhance service delivery. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a call center or medical office environment. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases. Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record management is essential. Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism. Billing and previous medical experience required.
