To support our growing business throughout the Americas, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Order & Logistics Specialist to join our close-knit team in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. What you'll do You'll play a key role in making sure our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and in perfect condition.

Your responsibilities include:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Verifying order details before shipment Preparing temperature-controlled shipments using insulated packaging and cold packs Creating shipping labels and coordinating shipments with UPS and FedEx Tracking shipments and helping resolve delivery issues Assisting customers with urgent shipping requests Helping maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable and dependable A positive team player who enjoys working in a small company Comfortable working independently Customer-focused with good communication skills Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities Familiar with basic Microsoft Office applications Experience in order processing, logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, or customer service is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
