Not specified Responsibilities Manage all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow-up services. Utilize research skills to troubleshoot customer problems, which may involve investigating claims and resolving complex requests. Handle a high call volume focusing on dependable service and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction. Support internal and external customers with varying requests related to healthcare positioning and services. Communicate effectively to demonstrate a service-oriented approach and kindness to clients. Requirements At least 6 months to 1 year of call center customer service experience; healthcare or retail experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Ability to work in a high-volume call environment with knowledge of dialers preferred. Dependable with a focus on providing accurate and timely solutions. On-site work required.
