CSR

This outlines the basic function, position requirements, reporting relationships, authority, responsibilities, duties with measurements of performance for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) of the Redi Mart Stores, Division of Red Hed Oil Co. As a representative of Red Hed Oil Co. the CSR is expected to present a positive image to the public in attitude and behavior when on duty. The CSR is responsible for servicing the customers needs through various in-store activities and by ensuring through his/her actions that the customer has a satisfactory experience at the Redi Mart store. The CSR must meet or exceed established performance guidelines set by company policy, procedures, management and this position description.
