Junior Customer Service Representative (PT)

Monday-Friday, 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM About the Role Snelling Staffing is currently seeking a Part-Time Junior Customer Service Representative to support evening order processing operations in a warehouse environment in Louisville, KY. This position plays an important role in assisting customers with order entry, coordinating pick-up and delivery requests, and ensuring orders are processed accurately after standard business hours. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can work independently. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders received by phone, email, or online systems for will-call pickup or delivery Enter and manage orders within internal systems to ensure accurate processing Coordinate with warehouse staff to stage orders for customer pickup or delivery Monitor orders through completion to confirm successful pickup or delivery Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members regarding order status and inquiries Respond to incoming emails and customer requests in a timely manner Maintain accurate records and data entry in company systems Assist in resolving order issues or delivery concerns when necessary Support overall customer satisfaction and retention through responsive service Qualifications High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person) Ability to work in multiple computer systems simultaneously Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Basic data entry and computer proficiency Ability to work independently during evening hours Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 70 lbs Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may include dust and varying temperatures Work Environment This role is based in a warehouse setting. The environment may be louder than a traditional office and is not climate-controlled, though it operates within OSHA permissible exposure limits.
