Job Description

Heartland Capital Investments has immediate and multiple positions available for a Client Service Specialist. Heartland Capital Investments is in Mayfield, KY. The positions are full-time and will report to the Manager of the Service Center. The candidate(s) will be responsible for answering in and outbound calls, building positive relationships with customers, maintaining, and updating client accounts, being a team player, and diligently and accurately documenting customer accounts. We also offer an incentive bonus plan based upon performance of the Managing Service Center. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Answering in-bound phone calls, chats, and emails. Building relationships with clients. Maintaining and updating customer accounts. Responding to customers in a timely and accurate way by either phone, email, or chat. Utilizing software and databases appropriately. Presenting a professional and positive attitude with customers and other team members.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Excellent interpersonal, organization, and active listening skills. Excellent computer skills for updating customer accounts. Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
