Customer Service/Sales Representative

We need someone who has the ability to work both shifts. Hours are M-F shift is 9:45 a.m

• 6:15 p.m. or 11:45a.m
• 8:15 p.m. Saturdays are 9:45-6:15 only and Sundays are 11:45-5:15. Must be able after training period is over to work a rotating weekend schedule. Possibly willing to work with someone's schedule

This is a part time position, 24-29 hours a week Must be great at customer service! No previous sales experience required. Hourly pay plus commission if earned with potential for bonuses.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet company goals.

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with patience and empathy
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic understanding of retail math is a plus
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other sales tools
