We're hiring a Customer Service Representative for our phone team in Murray, and this role is a real way into sales. Most of our salespeople started by learning the business on the phones. If you're good with people, stay organized, and want a career instead of just a job, we'll teach you the rest. You don't need to know anything about tires yet. What your day looks like Answer calls and emails from tire shops and dealers: taking orders, checking stock, answering product questions, and fixing account issues Build relationships with the same dealers week after week. These are regular customers, not random callers. Make outbound calls to new shops to introduce Rudolph Tire and help grow our customer base Enter and track orders in our B2B system so they ship right and on time Log your customer conversations in HubSpot (our CRM).
