Job Description

Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership. Purpose:
To welcome, greet, and direct customers, neighborhood residents, community partners, employees, board members, donors, and funders as they enter or call Brighton Centers Family Center. The Customer Connections Specialist has a variety of clerical, administrative, and direct service duties including providing customer service to individuals and families, screening for SNAP benefits, processing referrals, connecting with donors and managing donation receipts, donation and customer tracking into agency database, answering a multiline phone system, and working one-on-one with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct services to customers both in person and on the phone Connect families to supportive services Engage in record maintenance, data entry, and file documentation to ensure service delivery Build trusting relationship with customers and attend community events Maintain and build relationships with community partners Ensure Community Room is a resource rich and welcoming space
Requirements:
