We work closely with our clients, keep things straightforward, and try to make insurance a little less painful to deal with. What You'll Be Doing You'll be the go-to person for our clients when they have questions, need to make changes, or just aren't sure what they need.

A typical day might include:

Answering calls, emails, and the occasional walk-in Helping clients update policies or make changes Taking payments and helping with billing questions Researching customer inquiries Keeping client info organized and up to date Supporting the team with whatever's needed What We're Looking For Friendly, patient, and easy to talk to Professionalism is a must — you represent the agency in every interaction Strong communication skills (written and verbal) — above average is expected Organized and detail-oriented (the little things matter here) Comfortable juggling multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed Good with computers and learning new systems Customer service experience is a plus (insurance experience is great, but we can train the right person) Willing to get licensed if you're not already (we'll help with that) Why You Might Like It Here Laid-back, team-oriented environment Stable, long-term position Opportunity to learn and grow in the insurance field Paid time off + holidays How to Apply Send us your resume and a quick note about yourself—we'd love to hear from you.
