What You'll Do As a Wellness Coach (RN), you'll blend clinical skill with consultative coaching: Perform IV hydration, NAD+, and peptide therapies with confidence and care. Build authentic connections with clients — listen to their goals, celebrate their wins, and guide them toward the right Prime IV solutions. Conduct consultations that help clients understand our memberships, packages, and wellness plans — and confidently invite them to join. Create a fun, supportive environment that keeps clients excited to come back. Maintain charting accuracy and compliance with all Prime IV protocols. Collaborate with the front desk and team to create a seamless, energizing guest experience. Who You Are A Registered Nurse (Kentucky licensed) with strong IV skills. A natural conversationalist who builds trust quickly. Confident educating clients and recommending services — not "salesy," but passionate and persuasive through care. Energetic, optimistic, and great at reading the room — you know how to lighten the mood and make wellness feel fun. Detail-oriented and organized, balancing compliance with connection.
