Service Advisor At Watermark Auto, we are committed to providing an outstanding customer experience and top-quality automotive service. We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team and serve as the key point of contact between our customers and service technicians.
Job Summary:
The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding customers through vehicle service, providing clear explanations, and ensuring satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, assess service needs, and provide accurate estimates and recommendations. Communicate vehicle issues and repair options clearly to customers. Schedule service appointments and manage workflow for technicians. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and payments. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Stay informed on automotive products, services, and manufacturer updates. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical knowledge or certification a plus. Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive service advising or customer-facing roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with automotive systems and repair processes is preferred.
