Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to effectively present recommended maintenance and repairs Strong sales and customer follow-up skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service department Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers and identify service and repair needs Write and manage repair orders Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process Present recommended maintenance and repair work Keep customers informed on vehicle status Review completed work and invoices Maintain strong CSI/customer satisfaction Build repeat and referral service business
