Cashier/Customer Service

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include handling transactions, assisting customers with product inquiries, and maintaining an organized and stocked sales floor. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items. Maintain an organized sales floor by stocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency. Ability to sell effectively and engage customers in conversation about products. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Experience with product demos is advantageous but not required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
