The Badeaux Agency, LLC is seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is for Fridays only and will primarily involve answering phones and assisting clients with their insurance-related needs. This position could grow into more hours and more days in the future if the right candidate is interested.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers with general service inquiries Route calls to appropriate team members when necessary Take messages accurately and ensure timely follow-up Provide basic information regarding policies and services Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with clients

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Professional phone etiquette Ability to multitask and stay organized Dependable and punctual Previous office or customer service experience preferred

Schedule:

Fridays only 8:00 AM to 4:00
