Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Assistant to support customer interactions, product and service inquiries, and daily customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and developing valuable customer service and professional skills in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Answer questions regarding products and services. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information and solutions. Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives. Provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner. Support promotional and customer engagement activities. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and activities. Communicate customer feedback and common questions to team members. Collaborate with colleagues to support daily service goals. Maintain a positive and professional presence during customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong problem-solving and listening skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
