- Water Business, to grow and steward AECOM's municipal water presence in Greater Boston.
Drive portfolio growth:
build a high-quality pipeline, forecast and prioritize pursuits, improve hit rates, and coordinate go/no-go rigor with leadership. Partner with technical leaders to deliver excellence across planning, design, and program delivery for conveyance and treatment in dense urban systems. Anticipate market drivers and translate them into client strategies and offerings.Champion client satisfaction:
set expectations, maintain governance rhythms, close feedback loops, and proactively resolve issues. Inspire and coach seller-doers, capture managers, and marketing partners; foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Advance AECOM differentiation through digital delivery, asset management, program management, and sustainability/resilience solutions. Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline hygiene, and timely reporting aligned to regional business targets. Work independently with executive-level poise and exceptional written and verbal communication. QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS BA/BS
in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Experience in municipal water/wastewater consulting with proven success leading major urban utility accounts. Demonstrated wins on multi-year IDIQ/task-order, on-call, or capital program pursuits. Strong technical grounding in conveyance and treatment planning/design for urban systems. Deep understanding of Massachusetts/New England public procurement and regulatory context. Track record of client-facing leadership, pursuit strategy, and multidisciplinary team orchestration. Valid U.S Driver's License and as a condition of employment, must pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records Review.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field Professional Engineer licensed in Massachusetts Experience with program/portfolio management, CM/PM, and digital delivery workflows. Familiarity with funding and regulatory drivers. Business development/capture training a plus. Established Greater Boston network with municipal water/wastewater stakeholders. Additional Information Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. Relocation is not available for this position.
