Customer Service Representative

OverviewWe are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional service to clients,and preparing a variety of arrangements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in computer skills, the candidate should have a creative and or artistic side to them as we are making beautiful arrangements to order daily. Duties Prepare a variety of arrangements according to customers' orders, following approved procedures and proper portion sizes Wash, cut, and dip various fruits in chocolate Package arrangements or dipped fruit Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning standards and works as a store team player; Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes, take out trash, mop and sweep. Uses effective sales approaches and displays strong knowledge of product line; Effectively converts customer inquiries into sales Responds to customer needs; Manages difficult customer situations in a calm and professional manner Handle customer inquiries and order taking over phone Process transactions such as cash handling when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security Qualifications Experience in customer service preferred ; excellent phone etiquette Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and cash handling Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team Join our team to deliver outstanding customer service while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment.
