Verizon Representative Responsibilities Represent Verizon Fios by introducing customers to available internet solutions and explaining product features, benefits, and service options. Engage with each customer to understand their needs and recommend an appropriate internet connection. Conduct face-to-face sales conversations that help customers compare internet solutions and make informed decisions. Support customer enrollment by explaining service details, answering questions, and guiding customers through the sales process. Build customer relationships through professional communication, product knowledge, and consistent follow-up when appropriate. Work toward individual and team sales goals while strengthening customer engagement and product presentation skills. Verizon Representative Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers in person. Interest in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or other customer-facing roles. Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn through hands-on training and coaching.
