This role is responsible for processing customer inquiries and orders, generating quotes, supporting invoicing and shipping activities, and providing administrative assistance to the sales team. The position is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in a collaborative, customer‑focused setting. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries related to orders, pricing, product availability, and order status Process sales orders received via phone, web, email, and EDI systems Generate quotes for stock products and support order fulfillment Prepare and complete shipping documentation, including paperwork for international orders Perform invoicing activities, including adding freight charges and billing customers accurately Process customer credit card transactions Manage and distribute daily incoming company mail Provide general administrative support to Sales Support, Sales, and related teams Adhere to all
ISO 9001
policies and procedures governing business operations Perform additional duties as assigned by management Required Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Experience or familiarity with data entry, order processing, or call‑center environments Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic Preferred Skills Experience or familiarity with

environments Exposure to Salesforce and/or Microsoft Great Plains Sales support or administrative experience in a customer‑focused setting Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
