Job Description
Want someone with solid job history and at least 2 years of consecutive years experience. and experience in a true , manufacturing environment We are seeking a Customer Service Representative that has been in a manufacturing environment preferably commercial food to join the company. This person must be a great communicator, problem-solver, and passionate about helping others. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information about our products|services Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency Process orders, returns, and payments(sometimes) Maintain detailed customer records and interactions Work collaboratively with other teams to improve customer satisfaction Qualifications Prior experience in customer service is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) Ability to multitask and stay organized Proficiency in [specific tools|software, e.g. Office) Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Please send resumes to Monique at mgerson@andoverpersonnel.com or call Monique at (978) 914-1790
