At Planet Subaru, our Service Advisors work approximately 39 hours over three days , giving you four days off every week . This is not a typo. We're looking for a high-level, customer-service-driven professional — a true rock star — to join our award-winning team.

The Schedule Full-time:

~39 hours per week over 3 days Closed Sundays Rotating every 5 weeks: This builds 5 weeks of time off into your schedule, before you even take your first hour of paid vacation. We can explain when we talk with you! 5

Weeks:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (7:00am-8:00pm) 5

Weeks:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday (7:00am-8:00pm) You work hard when you're here — and then you truly unplug. Compensation $70,000

The Role As a Service Advisor, you are the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicle in for service.

You will:

Greet customers and build immediate genuine rapport with welcoming and empathetic first impressions. Guiding customers to the door of their loaner and car upon delivery. Write repair orders and recommend services Communicate clearly and proactively throughout the day Secure approvals for additional work when needed Solve problems and handle the occasional tough situation with professionalism Always giving our customer the experience you'd want if the shoe were on the other foot! This is a fast-paced, high-energy role. Organization and communication are everything. Most customers are understanding, as long as you are proactive, friendly, and transparent.
