Brideau Energy is looking to add a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to our Holden team, new hire training will be based out Fitchburg and Templeton Office. This position provides additional support during the increased demand of the heating season, between October and April. We have earned our customer loyalty with our fair and honest customer service approach. Responsibilities Answer a moderate volume of inbound customer phone calls requesting fuel delivery. Ensure outstadning balance is paid before processing fuel delivery ticket. Utilize mathematical and communication skills to gather information and develop oil and propane contracts and budget plans. Assist Fuel Assistance Program Coordinator as needed. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients. Proactively identify, make recommendations, and solve customer issues. Qualifications 1-3 years of customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative/clerical experience Above-average phone and computer skills is a must. Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish) Available to work Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
