Job Responsibilities:

Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for a variety of roles across multiple industries. Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Match candidate qualifications and career goals with client hiring needs. Coordinate interviews, conduct reference/background checks, and maintain accurate ATS records. Provide ongoing communication and support to candidates throughout the hiring process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and HR professionals. Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and client meetings. Partner with recruiting teams to deliver timely staffing solutions and support client accounts. Assist with service agreements, pricing discussions, and business development initiatives. Process payroll, maintain employee documentation, and ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
