Position Summary DeCarolis Insurance Agency was established in 1987. It is a family- owned business that has thrived throughout the years by providing exceptional and personalized service within the community. The agency has been recognized by the Sentinel and Enterprise as Readers' choice Winner of the best Insurance Agency and best in Customer Service the past 10 years. We are looking for a Personal/ Commercial lines account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to personal and commercial lines clients by assisting with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, coverage reviews, and claims support while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities Service and maintain personal and commercial lines accounts Prepare and submit new business Respond promptly to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals Review insurance coverage with clients and identify cross-selling opportunities Prepare certificates, binders, and other policy documents Assist clients with billing questions and claims reporting Follow up with insurance carriers regarding underwriting requirements and policy issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the agency management system Ensure compliance with Massachusetts insurance regulations and agency procedures Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times Qualifications Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License Minimum 2 to 5 years' Personal and Commercial Insurance experience Knowledge of Personal and Commercial Insurance products and coverages Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems Must work effectively in a team environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance Paid time off and holidays 401k with agency Match Professional development and licensing support 4 day work week / paid for 5
