Customer Service Representative - OEM/Industrial Masis Staffing Solutions - 3.2 Leominster, MA Job Details Temp-to-hire $24 - $27 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Outlook Spreadsheets High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Masis Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative supporting a client in Leominster, MA. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless order processing, proactive issue resolution, and an outstanding customer experience. Partnering closely with Account Managers and internal teams, you will facilitate daily operations, manage supply chain updates, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Mon-Thur, 6am-5pm
Compensation:
$24-$27 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and manage customer orders, including purchase orders, electronic data interchange (EDI), and related documentation. Act as a liaison for customers and Account Managers, providing updates on order status, production schedules, delivery timelines, and supply chain issues. Coordinate order adjustments such as expediting, rescheduling, cancellations, and other modifications to meet customer needs. Address and resolve customer complaints and RMAs promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, open orders, and communication logs. Support contract modifications and participate in special projects to improve service processes. Collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments to resolve issues and enhance customer relationships. Provide phone and email support, contributing to a responsive and positive customer service environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Customer Service, Support, Sales Support, or Account Management. High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial supply chain experience highly desirable. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting. Experience with electrical, wire, cable, or electronics manufacturing is a plus. #MFT1
