Senior Customer Service Representative Location:
Lowell, MA (Onsite)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM About the Opportunity Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a growing technology manufacturing organization. This role serves as a key connection between customers, sales teams, and internal operations, ensuring exceptional customer support, accurate quotations, and efficient order management. The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a background supporting customers in a manufacturing, technology, or product based environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests. Respond to a high volume of customer service inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Prepare and process customer quotations by reviewing historical pricing and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Manage customer orders, including new orders, returns, samples, credits, and debits. Maintain accurate order backlog information and support expedited order requests. Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating when appropriate. Collaborate with sales, operations, manufacturing, and other internal teams to address customer needs. Build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams. Exercise sound judgment and follow established processes to deliver outstanding service. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, customer support, order management, or sales support. Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage competing demands. Excellent problem solving and organizational abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Team oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach. Preferred Experience Experience using SAP, particularly Order Management, Customer Service, or Quoting. Experience in manufacturing Customer service, order management, sales support, or related experience. Familiarity with quoting, pricing, and order fulfillment processes. Why Join Us?
