Manufacturing facilities in Europe, Asia and the United States provide prequalified and performance-tested equipment skids that meet the highest quality standards. All critical engineering and production stages, such as process and automation engineering, quality and project management, welding and assembly, FAT testing, site commissioning and SAT testing, are fully controlled by BWT.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for service and parts sales activities such as field service scheduling, quotations, order fulfillment, invoicing and other related tasks to the customer service department. This person will be required to interface directly with end users, customers, vendors and regional service managers under the direct guidance of the Director of Customer Service to ensure all requests are processed in a customer focused manner and to business expectations. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, organizational skills, data entry skills, and be customer oriented.
Job Functions:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and pro-active service at all times
  • Schedule field service work directly with customers, through regional service managers and project managers
  • Acknowledge customer part orders, create sales/stock orders, place vendor orders and ensure product is shipped all within a timely manner
  • Prepare quotations for routine/custom field service work
  • Invoice sales orders
  • Ship & receive orders from the local warehouse as needed
  • Utilize an ERP system to perform main job functions
  • Perform other administrative activities as requested
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of scheduling field service work
  • Relevant experience in procurement, administration and warehouse activities
  • Ability to work independently within a cross functional team
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft office suite of programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Data entry computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Technical knowledge and background for identification & discussion of parts and/or field service support
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
