Position Overview Quirk Auto is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy service department. This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group in New England! Key Required Proficiencies:

Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner Writing Repair Orders and explaining charges Performing vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts Check the progress of repair throughout the day Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time impacts Maintains strong customer satisfaction Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specifications Follows all Quirk safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor

Preferred Skills:

Prior sales experience preferred but not required High School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not required Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities Excellent interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn Strong computer skills Benefits offered: Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance. Quirk will provide you with Basic Life Insurance and AD&D policy of $20,000 at no cost to you. All other benefits are optional and will be offered to you at a cost.
