Job Description

Overview Fantastic opportunity for a Sr. Customer Service Representative who works independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced Order Services environment. You will be part of a dedicated and professional customer service team that continuously strives to provide the highest level of support to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities Enter Sales Orders for Waters' consumables and spares; prepare Quotations, Return Authorizations and Credits Collaborate with teammates and business partners to ensure adherence to organizational procedures, policies and systems Resolve order processing issues relative to pricing, product availability, inco terms, delivery expectations, etc. Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers via email and phone. Qualifications 5 - 10+ years prior Customer Service experience/Order Management Solid verbal and written communication skills and a professional telephone manner Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley Guidelines and ISO Work Instructions Prior experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus Candidate must be PC literate and familiar with desktop applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Prior experience with SAP is a plus.
