What You'll Do Help customers by phone, email, chat, and in person Answer questions about orders, products, services, and projects Enter and process customer orders accurately Follow up with customers by phone when needed Process payments and assist with payment questions Update customer information and document interactions Work with the team to resolve customer issues Manage multiple tasks while providing great customer service What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Friendly, professional, and dependable Organized and detail-oriented Able to work in a busy environment and handle changing priorities Someone who takes initiative and enjoys helping others Experience with outbound calls, payment processing, printing, mailing, signage, promotional products, or a similar industry is a plus, but not required.
