This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who understands the importance of exceptional client service and takes pride in representing one of the world's most respected automotive brands. As a Porsche Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and the service department. You'll guide customers through the repair and maintenance process, communicate clearly throughout their vehicle's visit, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards associated with Porsche. What You'll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally while creating a welcoming service experience. Consult with customers regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and recommended services. Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns clearly. Conduct vehicle walkarounds and identify maintenance or service needs. Provide customers with clear explanations of recommended repairs and associated costs. Communicate with technicians and the service department to ensure accurate and timely completion of work. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and communicate changes in timing or cost. Review completed work with customers and explain services performed. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and follow dealership and manufacturer procedures. Deliver a level of professionalism and attention to detail consistent with the Porsche brand. What We're Looking For - Luxury or high-line automotive experience is essential. Excellent communication, customer-service, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to explain automotive repairs and maintenance in a way customers can easily understand. Strong computer and dealership-management-system skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
