What We're Looking For Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced guest-focused environment. Previous experience with POS systems is a plus. Salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we can teach the technical stuff. Outstanding communication skills and a genuine love for people. Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to stay positive and professional during busy periods. Comfortable standing and walking throughout a 6-8 hour shift. High school diploma or equivalent. Weekend availability required.
