Conte Insurance Agency is currently seeking a professional and motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to service assigned client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of personal lines insurance experience and a positive, team - oriented attitude. Responsibilities Manage and service personal lines insurance accounts Review and remarket renewal policies Develop and write new business Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients and insurance carriers Provide timely and effective communication regarding client needs and policy matters Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience in personal lines experience Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance Producer Licensed preferred or willing to obtain Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health Insurance Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Paid time off
