Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our material handling team. This role combines customer service, order management, and inside sales responsibilities to help customers find the right solutions for their applications. The successful candidate will enjoy working with people, learning technical products, and building long-term customer relationships while supporting a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, sales support, or industrial distribution experience preferred Strong customer-focused sales aptitude with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM/ERP systems Ability to learn and support technical product lines including casters, wheels, material handling equipment, storage products, and warehouse solutions Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent order entry and follow-up skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency in resolving customer issues Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online chat with customers and vendors Experience with inventory management, purchasing, or distribution software is a plus Team-oriented attitude with willingness to support inside sales, customer service, and operational function What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Desire to build long-term customer relationships Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Interest in developing product knowledge and growing within the company Industrial distribution, material handling, or caster industry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in industrial sales, customer service, and material handling solutions.

Pay:

$21.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
