This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, supporting order entry, quotations, product recommendations, and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys helping customers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels. Prepare and follow up on customer quotations. Process orders, returns, and customer requests efficiently and accurately. Assist customers in selecting appropriate products and solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business. Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain accurate customer records within company systems. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products when appropriate. Stay informed on company products, pricing, and industry trends. Assist with general customer service and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Previous customer service, inside sales, sales support, or customer-facing experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environemnt. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to learn technical product information and effectively communicate solutions to customers. Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience Industrial distribution, material handling, manufacturing, or caster industry experience. Quoting and order-entry experience. Business-to-business (B2B) customer support experience. Inside sales or account management experience.
