What's a typical day as Contact Center Sales Representative? You'll be: Providing quality customer service and support to sales agents and customers. Entering and auditing orders; processing purchase orders, expired inventory requests, invoices, and credit notes. Releasing orders for distribution and providing Return Authorization Numbers for product complaints and returns. Managing the Customer Service inbox and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support agents and customers. Supporting training and onboarding of new team members. Maintaining accurate master customer information within the ERP software system. Facilitating new account setups and taking incoming calls. Retrieving and acknowledging payments via various portals; liaising with finance for corrective actions. Coordinating price resolutions and conducting product research for agent inventory requests. Maintaining electronic filing for assigned accounts and updating Standard Operating Procedures. Contributing to a positive team environment and performing other duties as assigned. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have 2-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting. Possess previous ERP experience (preferred). Experience in a Medical Device/Biotech firm is a plus. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong listening abilities, and a highly customer-focused approach. Are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
