British Swim School is all about helping people become safe and happy swimmers , but great swim lessons take more than great instructors. We need someone on deck who can keep things moving, help families, support instructors, solve problems, and bring some positive energy to the pool. We're looking for a responsible, confident take-charge person who enjoys working with people and isn't afraid to jump in when something needs attention. If you're the kind of person who sees a problem and thinks, "I've got this," we should probably talk. What You'll Do As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be one of the main faces of British Swim School at the pool. You'll work closely with our families and instructors to make sure lessons run smoothly and everyone has a great experience.

You'll:

Welcome families and get to know our swimmers and parents. Answer parent questions about lessons, progress, schedules, policies, and our program. Keep watchful eye on safety on the pool deck and step in when something needs attention. Celebrate swimmer graduations to new levels Support instructors when they have a challenging class or swimmer. Keep the pool deck safe, organized, clean, and welcoming. Communicate with instructors and leadership about anything that needs follow-up. Conduct orientations for new families on our program and find the right classes. Complete our British Swim School training program so you know our program inside and out. Who We're Looking For You don't need to be a swim expert. We can teach you our program. You do need to be someone who is: Responsible and dependable. Comfortable taking charge when needed. Friendly and confident talking with parents. Good at staying calm when things get busy. Comfortable giving direction and helping instructors solve problems. Positive and energetic. Able to work independently and make good decisions. Solution-oriented. We like people who bring us ideas, not just problems. Interested in learning, improving, and becoming a bigger part of our team. Customer service, childcare, teaching, coaching, recreation, hospitality, or leadership experience is helpful, but we're more interested in finding the right personality and work ethic . Availability Our lessons run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday , and we are ideally looking for someone who can work all five days . Why British Swim School?
