Customer Service & Inventory Associate (Full-Time)
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Overview:
Sheffield Pottery is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused team member to support customer service, inventory management, and daily office operations. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and occasionally in person. Process customer orders, answer product questions, and recommend solutions. Receive inventory, enter purchase orders, and maintain accurate inventory records. Stock and organize ceramic tool rooms and inventory. Maintain organized office records and assist with inventory reporting, COGS analysis, and other administrative tasks. Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with team members. Qualifications Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with QuickBooks, Shopify, and standard business software, or the ability to quickly become proficient. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Able to lift and stock inventory as needed. Ceramic or pottery knowledge is a plus, but not required. Dependable, professional, and enjoys contributing to a collaborative team environment.
