Join our dynamic team in Shrewsbury, MA as a Part-Time Customer Service Associate & Warehouse. This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with customer-facing responsibilities, offering a flexible schedule with 15-25 hours per week within our operating hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We're seeking a motivated self-starter passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Duties Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls or take detailed messages as needed. Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone, email, and in person. Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, order status, and basic technical support. Prepare customer quotes and process sales orders accurately. Learn our commercial heating products and continue expanding your product knowledge. Communicate with team members in other locations using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office. Warehouse Duties Process incoming and outgoing shipments in a small warehouse setting, including delivering product using company provided vehicle. Assist customers with order pick-ups, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Conduct monthly inventory counts with accuracy and attention to detail. Operate a forklift (training and certification provided). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications Required:

Valid driver's license. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 75 pounds on a regular basis throughout the workday Resume required with application.
