Outdoor Customer Service Team Member - Landscape

JOB SUMMARY

The Outdoor Customer Service Team Member provides superior customer service, checkout, and loading assistance to customers. The position involves a high level of physical activity working with customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Scan products accurately for checkout. Pull and verifying orders against order slip. Organize deliveries as necessary. Provide excellent customer service and possess basic product knowledge. Keep customer service areas neat and organized. Load and unload customer vehicles as necessary.

OTHER DUTIES

Execute the duties of the position in alignment with the Company Mission and Conduct Policies. Use technology as required by the position. Complete required annual trainings as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments. Excellent customer service skills. Basic math skills. Product knowledge a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
