This is a hands-on, outdoor position that involves helping customers, moving products, scanning items, and loading purchases into vehicles. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide basic assistance Help customers find products and direct them to the appropriate area Use a handheld scanner to scan customer orders Pick and gather customer orders Load plants, pots, and other products into customer vehicles Keep the customer pickup area clean and organized Water plants and help with general upkeep Set up signs and displays as needed Perform other basic tasks to help the team Skills Reliable Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Comfortable working outdoors in a greenhouse/garden center environment Able to lift up to 20 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable being on your feet and doing physical work Positive attitude and willingness to help This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady temporary work through the holiday season, with the potential for a permanent position for strong performers. #RJADM45
